This prenatal series welcomes mothers to connect in community and mother culture - it is a safe space where can listen and support each other.

Alli has been guiding people through movement & mindfulness practices for over a decade. She is a mama, devoted yogi and an experienced holistic birth care practitioner & a certified INNATE Postpartum Care provider.
