an intimate offering for mothers who desire support in the postpartum time, with care beginning as early as 48 hours after birth. offerings can include : meal planning + preparation, herbal infusions + nourishing tinctures, warming elixirs, breastfeeding support, moxibustion, warm oil massage, pelvic / vaginal steaming, scar tissue remediation, castor oil pack preparation and somatic experiencing to ground gestational, birth and postpartum experiences.

a tender holding for mothers who wish to close the energetic space of body + mind following the expanse of pregnancy and birth. this guided meditation honours the teachings of Clara Alfaro Peña as shared with me. Clara was a grandmother, Midwife and healer from the state of Gunajuato, Mexico. nine points on the mothers body are held + honoured with a traditional rebozo.
